Mixed Berry Mojitos

(makes 1 cocktail)

Ingredients:
  • 6 fresh blueberries
  • 6 fresh blackberries
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 8 large fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup chilled, berry-flavored seltzer water
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • ice cubes
Directions:
  1. Muddle blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mint leaves and sugar in the bottom of a tall highball glass until berries are mostly crushed.
  2. Add seltzer water, vodka, lemon juice and ice.
  3. Stir well and serve chilled.
